Japanese Synthetic Rubber Manufacturer Denka Raises Chloroprene Rubber Price on January 1, 2011
According to November 29, 2010 Denka news, this Japanese synthetic rubber manufacturer raises its Chloroprene rubber series price, which has been effective on January 1, 2011.
It is reported that because of the manufacturing costs hike, such as raised raw material, energy and logistics costs and environmental pressure, Denka decided to hike its chloroprene rubber series price to shift its burden onto end users. And this price has been raised at least US$500/mt and Euro 350/mt across all overseas markets and end users.
And the consequence of this chloroprene rubber raised price remains to been seen. But WestMoonint’s Chloroprene rubber suppliers have promises that they will not be followers. Accordingly, WestMoonint will not raise neoprene rubber series price.
